Cheers to my first official (and legit) outfit for 2014! Finally, I had the chance to update my blog with a fashion-related post that is coming straight from me and my lovely, trusty camera. By the way, here’s what I wore during my friend’s debut at Great Eastern Hotel last February 1st.
That night, I really wanted to look classy and formal. So as you can see on this ensemble, I wore classic and timeless pieces that will surely go to all when paired.
If you notice, I am wearing a LBD that is considered as one of a women’s closet essentials. To make a twist, I searched for a dress that has an exquisite details for it to standout with its own. Also, “less is more”. To this outfit, I wore less accessories to give more attention to my lace LBD.
Business at the front, party at the back. What can you say more with this lovely detail of this dress? :)
No make-up make-up and braids by my cousin, Christel. I love how natural my make-up looks like :)
To finally end this post, here’s a full-body photo (again) of mine! I hope you like my first #ootn to this blog! :)
P.S. I can say that I am now finally back to blogging :)
P.P.S Does anyone know someone whom I can hire to make my blog layout? I would love to change my theme as soon as for I already wrote or maybe draw the draft layout I’d like. :3

01/31/14: Show me the Money
If there is one thing that I observed in myself recently, that would be loving to go out wearing a skirt or leggings. Comparing myself now from the ‘old self’, I guess I’m over with the moment that I am afraid of getting weird and sinful stares from strangers. Somehow, I also guess that I’ve changed my way upon dressing. Notice that this isn’t really a detailed look at all. No accessories, and everything just feels so less.
Anyway, I wore this ensemble on the last day of January, when my cousin Christel and I had a bondate (bonding date) at TriNoma. I named this look as “Show me the Money” because that’s the print of my skirt + we spend a lot of money that day considering that we bought nothing but food. :)
#OOTD: Peter-pan collared top - Thrifted, Skirt - Ohmyglobph, Shoes - Parisian
On the third Sunday of January, I wore black, white and stripes.
Recently, I’ve felt a change in the way I wear clothes. From printed to basics, from choosing between fashion or comfy, and from building a love-hate relationship with my recent style picks. I don’t know if you already experienced that point of your life too, when you just suddenly missed being your old self, but you just can’t go back for a certain reason, you, yourself can’t distinguish.
#OOTD:Sheer Polo - Thrifted, Camisole - Forever 21, Leggings - Uniqlo, Flats - My Shoe Room
Deck of hearts
Good day, sweeties! How’s your weekend so far? Mine has been pretty good since I was able to push through upon crossing-out another wish from my wishlist - seeing my idols in the blogging world personally, shopping the best things before Christmas, and going to a BIG bazaar where you’ll be head-over-heels with all of the items to be sold. So, upon saying all of the things above that happened within this week, do you have a guess where did I went to? ;)
Yup, I went to BLOGGERS UNITED 6 (AND WORLD BAZAAR FESTIVAL)!!! YOU GUYS, THIS MARKS MY FIRST TIME MEETING IN PERSON THE BIGGEST NAMES IN THE BLOGGING WORLD! But before blogging about my experience (hashtag pabitin), here’s some of the photos I can share with you of what I wore during the event:
Top and Skirt: Zoe’s Closet / Bag: Thrifted / Shoes: Keds
I am deeply sorry if I had (almost) the same poses for this outfit and also for the lack of photo details. This was taken around 7-8 pm so I was kinda rushing home already since I still live in Bulacan which is a 2-3 hr. drive away from home. Anyway, I hope you still love me for wearing cropped tops lately (despite of my size hahaha) and this no-brainer outfit. I was on the last minute of my life when I was digging in my closet since I was totally unsure upon coming. Good thing, a friend of mine agreed going with me that day or if not, I might end up crying in a corner for not witnessing the event. Lol!
I hope you guys will visit again my blog for more photos about the event. Although I cannot assure you that I properly took a picture of the booths since it was literally jam-packed! Haha :)
P.S. Don’t you just love heart prints? They’re so cute!!! I totally love them and I will be a forever fan <3
With much <3, Rhea
Hi everyone! I know I haven’t made some #ootd post like this for a while. So for another comeback post, here’s my today’s outfit!
Baseball Cropped Top from Style Snap Manila
Ombre Shorts from Standout by Gia
Shoes from Keds
I guess I’m not your sweet sixteen this time! :) As what I’ve said on my past blog entry, I’m currently trying all the sides of fashion by exploring other styles and ways of mixing and matching clothes. I’m not really the girl who likes sneakers over flats, sandals or heels and I also didn’t planned before to wear a cropped shirt and short that somehow, flashes a little skin. Anyway, I currently enjoy what I’m doing so I guess its okay to try rad fashion as well. :)
P.S. Have you noticed my ‘new’ hair? ;) These set of photos are the first ones to get published! :)
Oha oha! With bonus picture pa! :p
OOTD (Tumblr Fair 2, 05/11/13)
Tiger Ripped top from 168 mall // Vintage Satchel Bag, Skater Skirt and Lace Brogues // YRYS belt // Love ring from Promod // Leatherette Bracelet (unseen) from Magic Hands (Supersale Bazaar)
This is what I wore earlier for the Tumblr Fair II. :) I built the whole outfit by pairing (mix-and-match) my skirt and top and accessorizing them a bit for some pa-cool outcome. Haha!
I must say that this is one of my bravest take for wearing a skirt. (lol) I’m not actually really used to wear skirts outdoor when I’m not with any older companion/s because I don’t like being stared by people…… Am I weird for that? =)) (btw, i’m a fashyown commuter reprezuhnt!)
Will post more photos photos tomorrow about the event. Good Night tumblr babies! x
What I Wore Today:
Forever 21 Aztec Tank Top, Romwe Starry Night Leggings, Vintage Satchel Bag, Solemate (SM Dept. Store) Flats.
I went to Miriam College today to pass my application form for College admission and here’s what I wore. I hope to pass Miriam College’s Entrance Exam (+ the Scholarship) to pursue my dream being a financial analyst/ newscaster and or business manager.
Life so far is getting better. Yesterday we had a team building but I wasn’t able to bring my camera so I don’t have any pictures to share. Anyhoo, graduation is nearly approaching. Mar. 15 is our graduation for scouts while Mar. 22, is our graduation for being a high-school student. I can still remember my grade school days, but now I’m about to graduate to one of my best years in life. I hope I can push through this! :)
How are you guys going?
Fashion Styling 101 + Fashion Challenge
Christel and I played with ourselves last month by styling each other and shooting ourselves afterwards. Actually, we already did this before (year 2011) and I uploaded it here on my blog but its lost now. I guess I accidentally deleted it so…
Anyhoo, let me present how I styled Christel and how Christel styled me. :)
Christel: “I wanted a hipster yet chic outfit for Rhea so I styled her by pairing the basics with a twist. Dress as a top, skirt and brogues for an on-the-go yet fashionable outfit.”
Graffitti Dress (used as high-low top), Bodycon skirt and Lace Brogues all from a thrift shop
Rhea: “Peplum tops hides tummy and gives an illusion on every female’s waist. Leggings, on the other hand, is a life-saver for its versatility when it comes to fashion. You can pair leggings with anything! Overall, I wanted a glam, chic and a bit sexy look on Christel’s outfit.”
To end this post, I would just like to say that March is the month of my blog’s anniversary. And so, I would like to host a fashion challenge to everyone who’s interested. Guy and Girl participants are all welcome. :)
- “Invite your cousin/sister/friend or anyone who’s interested to be styled by you and vice versa (like what we did here on our post). Submit the link of your post to my e-mail (email@example.com) and get a chance to win a prize from us”

Dressing down like a lady
Hello guys! I’m very sorry for the lack of updates lately. Its just that there are so many things to do regarding with school stuffs. I can say that Senior year is the best High school year so far (although its stressful so so much). I guess that’s the main reason why I don’t update regularly - loads of work, lots of inside and outside school activities (immersion, prom, field trip, etc.), incoming entrance exams for college and so much more.
Anyway, enough with the tiny-bitsy facts about stressful school stuffs. Let us first have discuss Christel’s outfit and my outfit for what we wore on our prom night.
OTW to SCSJ (Siena College of San Jose) - By the way, FYI our school uses our Gym (or the so-called Mo. Francisca Hall) for any school events. Yes, we had our JS Prom on our school lang while others organized their proms on hotels. Haha! But anyway, the location isn’t really important for me. As long as we enjoyed the night and dance as if there’s no tomorrow, that makes the night more fun! ;)
Rhea: “I opted to wear colors silver and black from head to toe. I wanted to make the outfit simple and keep the color pattern.”
Christel: “Less is more. I keep myself simple by accessorizing not too much. I chose to wear a silver choker necklace and a silver ring that matches with my cousin’s bracelet”
On Rhea (me): Gown - Customized | Accessories - from 999 mall | Clutch Bag - WWW (SM Dept. Store) | Shoes - Jellybean
On Christel: Gown - Customized | Accessories - from 999 Mall | Clutch Bag (no photo) - Parisian (SM Dept. Store) | Shoes - Primadonna
Gotta end up this post with a candid
face shot of us!

Heart me back
Hi guys! Happy Valentines’ Day to all of you! ❤ I wish you spent the day with your loved-ones either you’re single or in a relationship. Valentines’ day is about spreading love and so we must Love love love! - Kris Aquino
For a valentine-related post, I am posting my first outfit post for the year 2013. If you can notice, I am not updating fashion-related stuffs on my blog recently. So, here’s a new update for fashion lovers like me! ;)
If I ever had the chance today to go out with my family and friends whom I’m celebrating with, I’d wear this cutesy little dress I bought last year during the Supersale Bazaar.
Dress from The Urban Hour. This dress is one of my most favorite dresses. The cut, the color, everything is just so perfect! ❤
"Heart me back" - The photo above may not give justice about the “Heart Cut-out” stuff but I’m telling you that the heart is so big and just so pretty! Actually, while I was doing this shoot, there was no one around to accompany me that’s why I haven’t noticed that I didn’t zipped the back part of the dress properly. Pardon me, please? :)
Necklace from 999 mall. When I saw this, I instantly bought it for it reminds me of the cute girl anime character which I watched only twice years ago. | Strawberry Ring from W.O.F (World of Fun). Yes, I played there and got this ring as my prize!
Jelly wedge from Melissa. I got this pair last year as a birthday present from my cousin but I’ve only got to post it right now. I’ve been wanting this shoes for sooo long because its really cute and made for walking! (Made for walking = comfortable shoes, not too high yet not too low)
Gotta end this post with a blurry shot of mine. Sorry for not giving you a proper angled shots for this post. Its a Rhea + tripod thing. Haha!
Again, Happy Valentines’ Day! Have a good day, lovely!
